If you have strolled thru the game aisles of the big box stores you may have recalled the times you enjoyed board games either around the kitchen table or the classic games outdoors. Outdoor games have changed since the days of croquet and badminton, they are high tech and there are a lot more. However you can still find the classic outdoor games and some different games with a familiar spin. Regardless of the game the upside is they are getting us off the couch and outdoors! The endless array of video games have pinned us to the television screen but there are outdoor games that will provide countless hours of competitive fun and more importantly exercise! |

I am told), which adds to its appeal. Great outdoors game suitable for a range
of ages (after some adjustment to the rules - we played in mixed teams from
aged 3 to 72). The beauty of it is that it's very flexible - you can adjust
the difficulty level according to age and proficiency and the number of
players as you go - no need to wait till the next round for new players to
join. It improves kids' hand-eye coordination and works great for building
team spirit. We played it on sand and grass and found that it never gets
boring because different surfaces require different skills."
