Shipping/Return Policy

All products going to a United States destination are shipped UPS. Depending on your location, this generally takes two to seven business days. Please email or call our toll free number for interantional shipping rates. http://www.thegamesupply.com/contact-us/ 

UPS SERVICES

 

UPS GROUND: Delivery in 5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Next business day by 10:30 A.M.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Second business day (by end day), not counting the day shipped.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT: Third business day (by end of day), not counting the day shipped.

 

International orders are shipped via Express Mail, which includes insurance and tracking. International shipping costs vary depending on total weight and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote on any international orders.

Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Please be advised there is a 10% restocking fee for returned items unless it was damaged in shipping and a claim has been filed with the carrier, showing proof of damage on arrival.


If a customer receives a damaged item and wants a replacement, it will be sent to the customer along with a postage paid label to return the damaged item. The GameSupply.com will issue credit and/or refund for any reason a customer is not satisfied with an item and does not want a replacement. The item to be returned by the customer, however, must be mailed back in an appropriate carton with adequate packing and be received by The GameSupply.com in resellable condition. Only the actual cost of the item returned (without shipping and/or handling charges) will be credited or refunded to the customer once the item is received by The GameSupply.com. The customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs to return unwanted items, and if that item(s) is received by The GameSupply.com in non-sellable condition due to inadequate carton and/or packing, then the customer will not be issued a credit/refund. If a UPS claim is processed The Game Supply.com will work with the customer to submit the claim.
