Q: How soon will I receive my product? 

A: All products going to the United States are shipped via UPS. Depending on the destination, it should arrive within 2 to 7 business days. A shipping calculator on the order page will allow each U.S. customer to know what the shipping costs will be for their order before it is placed. 

Q: Do you ship International orders? 

A: International orders are shipped via Express Mail which includes insurance and tracking. International customers will need to email The GameSupply for a shipping cost quote. 

Q: What is the warranty of your electronic products? 

A: The warranty period is 30 days on all electronics. 

Q: What if my product has been damaged when I receive it?

Q: Can I return an item?

A: Yes you can however please be advised there is a 10% restocking fee and you will be required to pay the shipping costs and ship in a proper shipping container so it is not damaged, upon arrival when it has been inspected for damage a refund will be issued.

Q: Is there sales tax on my order? 

A: Only customers within the State of South Dakota will need to add 4%.
