All payments for product ordered are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping/Return Policy

All products going to a United States destination are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS. Depending on your location, this generally takes two to seven business days, but standard ground service can not be guaranteed an exact delivery date; in addition, an order going via standard ground service does not necessarily get shipped the same day as the order is placed at our web store.

NOTECustomer is responsible to provide a valid email address when placing an order with www.thegamesupply.com, and it should be an email address that is checked very regularly, hopefully, at least once a day.  The Game Supply prefers email communications over phone calls, as time does not always allow for a phone call to each customer regarding a potential inquiry or concern about an order.


UPS GROUND: Delivery in 5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Next business day by 10:30 A.M.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Second business day (by end day), not counting the day shipped.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT: Third business day (by end of day), not counting the day shipped.

STEVEN ----- since vendors do use different shipping services, I thought it should be stated, thus, do you think we should indicate also the shipping lay out for FedEx and/or USPS, like is above for UPS?

International orders are generally shipped via USPS PMI (regular or express, you may be given that option), which includes insurance and tracking. International shipping costs vary depending on total weight, shipping carton or package size, and destination. Again, please email us for a shipping quote on any international order request, and details will be worked out and relayed via email back to each customer.

Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Please be advised there is a 10% restocking fee for returned items unless it was damaged in shipping and a claim has been filed with the carrier, showing proof of damage on arrival.

If a customer receives a damaged item and wants a replacement, the replacement product will be sent to the customer along with a postage paid label to return the damaged item. TheGameSupply.com will issue credit and/or refund for any reason a customer is not satisfied with an item and does not want a replacement. The item to be returned by the customer, however, must be mailed back in an appropriate carton with adequate packing and also insured for retail value, and be received by The GameSupply.com in resale condition. Only the actual cost of the item returned will be credited or refunded to the customer once the item is received by The GameSupply.com. No shipping and/or handling charges customer paid to ship order to them nor any return shipping fees customer pays will be refunded. The customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs to return unwanted items, and if that item(s) is received by The GameSupply.com in non-sellable condition due to inadequate carton and/or packing, thus damage to the product, then the customer will not be issued a credit/refund. If a UPS claim is processed The Game Supply.com will work with the customer to submit the claim, and only after that process is complete, will a refund be determined.

An order may be cancelled within 4 hours of receiving a confirmation of their order from The Game Supply (unless a customer has requested an expedited shipping mode, which usually means that order will ship the same day).  The appropriate refund will be issued and customer notified of same, if the order has not shipped.  If an order has already shipped (and even with ground service, we try to get orders out promptly), customer must follow instructions provided by The Game Supply with regards to the proper return procedure.  Credit/refunds will not be processed for orders that customer cancels until the product is returned and inspected.  At TheGameSupply.com, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and always strive to do our best in dealing with situations as discussed here.
